JOY HALL MBE 17.01.1934 18.12.2019 We are very sad to announce the death of Joy Hall MBE, our much loved mother and friend to everyone she met. Joy died on Wednesday 18th December 2019 peacefully at home surrounded by her children. Joy was inspirational and wise and lived in Anerley for 58 years before moving to Cheam. She founded several charities, among them The Older People's Network of Penge and Anerley and The Time Honoured Reminiscence Project.
