In loving memory of PHYLLIS HORNE Who sadly passed away on 15th March 2014 aged 80. Greatly missed by her beloved family. Mass on 2nd April at 12.00pm at St John Vianney Catholic Church, 21 Heathfield Road, Bexley Heath DA6 8NP followed by burial at Woolwich Cemetery, Plumstead at 1.30pm.
