GRACIE ELDRIDGE Passed away peacefully on 17th November 2013, aged 75 years. Loving Mum to Donna and Michelle and wonderful Nanny to Jack and Olivia. Funeral on 5th December, 11.30am at St Johns Church in Sutton-at-Hone. Flowers or donations to: Bournes of Dartford, 118 The Brent, Dartford, Kent DA2 6DE, telephone no. 01322 284420. Donations will go to the Alzheimers Society and the British Heart Foundation.
