PATRICIA ANN WILLIAMS Died peacefully on September 28th at St Christopher's within Lewisham Hospital aged 79 after a brave and courageous fight against illness. Cremation Service will take place on Monday 21st October 12.00 at Kent and Sussex Crematorium Tunbridge Wells Family flowers only.
