It is with great sadness that we have to tell you that PHIL COLWILL First Head Teacher of Blenheim Junior School in Orpington, Kent. Died at the age of 83 peacefully on Tuesday September 24th, after a long illness. He leaves a Widow Elizabeth, a Son Christopher and Daughter Catherine.
