HAZEL SMITH I am sad to announce Hazel Smith sadly passed away on the 11th December 2012, aged 77. She will be greatly missed by her Son Graham, Daughter-in-law Hayley, her family and friends and anyone else who had the privilege to know her. The service will be held at Eltham Crematorium on Friday 4th January 2013 at 12.30p.m. Donations to the Eleanor Foundation please.
