In loving memory of DONALD EDWARD COOK Who passed away on 13th October 2012 in St Thomas's Hospital after a sudden and unexpected illness. Donald will be sadly missed by his Wife Ruth, family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 1st November at 1p.m. at Northumberland Heath Baptist Church, Belmont Road, Erith, followed by a committal service at Eltham Crematorium. All welcome afterwards for refreshments in the church hall, Belmont Road. Family flowers only please.
