Motoring expert Quentin Willson is heading to Bluewater this weekend to help you go further with your fuel.

The former Top Gear and Fifth Gear presenter has written several books on subjects ranging from cool cars to used cars, classic cars to sports cars and scooped the Motoring Writer of the Year award in 2004.

Petrol head Quentin is hitting the road with the Shell FuelSave Team, travelling around the country on a mission to teach the nation how to save fuel using Shell FuelSave fuels and his top driving tips.

Quentin said: “I want to help drivers cut their monthly fuel bills. My hints and tips will be simple, money-saving and as easy as changing gear.

“Everybody thinks saving fuel is hard but by using Shell FuelSave and making some small changes to your driving habits, I'll show that fuel-sipping really is easy.”

The national road show kicks off at Blue water Shopping Centre this weekend (May 21 to 22), offering two days full of entertainment and games for the kids and, of course, a wealth of information on how you can cut the cost of motoring.

As well as helping motorists save fuel and money Quentin is on the hunt to find four everyday drivers who are in desperate need of his fuel saving expertise.

Drivers will be selected to join Quentin for a special master class in the art of fuel efficiency and be part of the first ever Shell FuelSave Team.

The winning four will receive a year’s supply of free fuel worth £3,650 and extensive training from a team of Shell scientists and fuel economy experts to help turn them and their local community into a team of top fuel savers.

So, if you drive hundreds of miles for work, spend hours on the road driving the kids to football practice or dance class or if you simply want help to reduce your monthly fuel bill or carbon footprint then you could be just what Shell is looking for.
