FAMILIES are being invited to Easter events next week.

Charlton

- Clarks at Greenwich Shopping Park, off Bugsby’s Way, Charlton, will be hosting a free balloon modelling and face painting activity on Tuesday (April 19) from noon to 4pm.

Blackheath

- An Easter hunt will be taking place on Saturday (April 23) in Blackheath Village.

Youngsters should search for tags marked with easter eggs in and around the heath and village and then taken them to Black Vanilla, in Tranquil Vale, to claim the prize.

There are a maximum of five tags per person.

Eltham

- Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice will be holding an Easter fair and egg hunt on April 25 in Eltham Park South.

The free event takes place from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.

Activities on offer include children’s fair rides, bouncy castle, assault course, Tan’Gun Taekwondo display, BBQ, country kitchen and stalls.

- English Heritage is hosting an Easter egg hunt where one lucky participant will win a golden egg worth £2,000.

Twenty-seven sites will be taking part including Eltham Palace, in Court Yard, Eltham.

The event takes place on Sunday (April 24) and April 25 from 10am to 5pm.

Adult tickets cost £9.30, a child admission for five to 15-year-olds is £5.60, concessions are £8.40 and a family ticket is £24.

English Heritage members go free.
