ZANY, fast-moving and hilarious, The Alexandra Players’ next production will be Eric Chappell’s comedy of errors Haywire.
Middle-aged bookseller Alec Firth is arranging a fun-filled holiday in Spain. He is a careful man, who even looks both ways when crossing a one-way-street, and he feels sure his arrangements are foolproof. Eric Chappell is best known as the writer of TV sitcoms such as Rising Damp, Only When I Laugh and Duty Free.
