Joy Wilkinson's new play Compressions kicks of the Brockley Jack Theatre's Write Now season
A PLAY about the voices in our heads which hold us back and how one man talked them around premiered at The Brockley Jack Theatre last night.
Compression by Joy Wilkinson kicks off the intimate venue’s much anticipated Write Now season.
Around 50 plays were submitted to the theatre last autumn as part of a competition to showcase work by fresh new talent in south east London.
Tom Green’s military drama Fighting will continue the season next Tuesday and Kate Gallon’s The Bitch From Brixton will bring it to a close on March 2.
