THE Vitality Show will return later this month to celebrate London’s sporting success.
For the first time the organisers of the UK’s largest health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing event for women have teamed up with the Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation to bring an arena of sporting activities for guests to try and maintain the Olympic legacy.
Visitors to the show in Earls Court, West London, will be able to try out the 2013 version of a hulahoop, the Powerhoop, and let loose at the Tantrum Club. There will also be 60 free fitness and yoga classes.
There will also be a new Neal’s Yard Remedies spa where visitors can enjoy pampering treatments.
A range of experts will feature including Belle de Jour blogger Dr Brooke Magnanti, sexpert Tracey Cox and Strictly star Camilla Sacre-Dallerup.
The Vitality Show is on between March 21 and 24 and adult tickets cost from £8. For more information, visit vitalityshow.co.uk
