Cocktail of the month: The Key West Cooler
STAY cool this month with this colourful, fruity number from the experts at Henry’s Cafe Bar in Bromley.
In a sling glass, pour 12.5ml of Midori melon liqueur and fill with ice.
Take 12.5ml of Archers, 12.5ml of Malibu and 75ml of orange juice.
Shake and strain over the ice and Midori.
Finally, take 12.5ml of Vodka and 50ml of cranberry juice, shake it and strain over the orange to give you a lovely traffic light effect and a gorgeous taste.
