AFTER thousands of hopefuls took part in last year's Open Mic UK competition, the search has begun again to find the country's best unsigned singers, singer-songwriters and rappers.
Auditions for the national music contest will be held at the Becks Theatre in Hayes, Middlesex, on Saturday.
Those who make it through the audition stage will go on to perform across the UK in live shows, in front of a live audience and judging panel, for the chance to sing at the grand final at The O2 in Greenwich.
As well as more than £50,000 worth of prizes up for grabs along the way, the winning act will bag a recording and management contract.
All types of performers are invited to enter so if you think you've got what it takes, visit openmicuk.co.uk
