ERITH singer songwriter Wayne Jacobs has been chosen to perform at the 2012 London Olympic Games Open Weekend event on July 24.
Wayne will sing Big Ben's Beat - a song he wrote to celebrate the famous bell's 150th birthday last year and to promote the Games coming to London in two years.
He says his dream would be for the song to be the official song for the Games.
You can see Wayne perform on the main stage outside Barking Town Hall square at 10.45am and 1.15pm.
