Melange Chocolate, Peckham
If its decadent hot chocolate you are after, Melange Chocolate on Maxted Road in Peckham is a must visit.
The business was created by chocolate lover Isabelle Alaya, where she makes an array of artisan chocolates in 18 different flavours, along with chocolate themed cocktails and her famous hot chocolate made using a velvety cocoa butter base.
The menu also caters for different dietary requirements, with vegan and gluten free options available, as well as iced chocolate drinks in the summer for all your chocolate needs
Venchi, Battersea
Continuing on the chocolate theme, Venchi located within Battersea Power Station is a chocolate and gelato lover’s dream.
They have a huge selection of gelato and sorbets in different flavours from mango, lemon and strawberry to hazelnut and dark chocolate.
You can get a cone which you can customise with chocolate and nuts depending on how you like it.
Along with that they also have a huge array of chocolates and truffles on offer in over 30 flavours from Salted White to Gianduia which you can pick and choose from making it the perfect, indulgent pick 'n’ mix but for chocolate lovers.
The Table, Southwark and Clapham
If it’s waffles and pancakes you love, The Table is a must visit with locations in Southwark and Clapham, with brunch being served from 9am until 4pm.
Here you’ll find generous portions of waffles and pancakes, along with other sweet and savoury brunch options and cocktails.
Their sweet options range from classics like berries and cream to more unusual combinations like pear and dark chocolate and vegan pumpkin pancakes.
The restaurant is also dog-friendly too, if you’re looking for a dog-friendly brunch spot to visit in south London.
Greedy Goat Ice Cream, Borough Market
If you’re after something a bit more contemporary, Greedy Goat in London’s bustling Borough Market is worth the visit.
The business makes ice cream made with goats milk sourced in Dorset along with local ingredients, for anyone looking for an alternative to traditional ice cream made using cows milk.
