Tariqe Fosu’s 18th-minute goal wasn't enough to give the Addicks a third successive win as they drew 1-1 with Oxford.

Christian Ribeiro’s volley 10 minutes before the break cancelled out Fosu’s strike.

Here is how News Shopper rated Charlton’s players…

Ben Amos - 6 - Barely had anything to do, his kicking was better and dealt well with crosses.

Chris Solly - 6 - His clearing header fell to Ribeiro for Oxford’s equaliser. Apart from that, he was faultless.

Patrick Bauer - 6 - A solid performance from the BFG. Misjudged the bounce of the ball a few times, though. Looked good with Sarr at the back.

Naby Sarr - 9 - His best performance in a Charlton shirt. Stopped countless Oxford attacks, was so calm on the ball and never looked troubled. The revival continues. Man of the match.

Jay Dasilva - 6 - Good attacking runs down the left, but his crossing was wayward at times.

Ahmed Kashi - 7 - Lost the ball a couple of times. However, he controlled the midfield with Forster-Caskey. It was interception after interception from the Algerian - fantastic.

Jake Forster-Caskey - 7 - Made two crucial tackles in Charlton’s box and kept the midfield ticking.

Ben Reeves - 4 - A disappointing evening for Reeves, who made his first league start for the Addicks. He was anonymous in large spells. He’ll improve.

Ricky Holmes - 7 - Playing in the number 10 role, his penetrating runs caused the Oxford backline all kinds of problems.

Tariqe Fosu - 7 - He really is on fire - it’s now six goals in four games for the youngster. But he needs to know when to pass the ball.

Josh Magennis - 6 - Never had a clear-cut chance, but did well to set Holmes up on a couple of occasions.
