Player ratings from Charlton's 1-1 draw against Bristol Rovers...
Ben Amos - 6 - Made a brilliant save to deny Ellis Harrison in the first-half and rarely looked troubled.
Anfernee Dijksteel - 6 - He was caught out a couple of times by the lively Kyle Bennett, but overall, it was another confident display from the youngster.
Patrick Bauer - 7 - Dealt extremely comfortably with Harrison’s physicality. Has he had one bad game this season?
Jason Pearce - 6 - His undercooked header led to the opener. Recovered well afterwards, though.
Lewis Page - 6 - A couple of wayward crosses, but he defended excellently.
Ben Reeves - 8 - His fine form under Lee Bowyer continues. He barely ever gave the ball away in the final third. Man of the match.
Jake Forster-Caskey - 8 - Dictated the pace of the game from start to finish. You can tell he’s loving his deep-lying midfield role.
Joe Aribo - 7 - Should’ve scored from a corner in the first-half. His close control and dribbles were too much for the hosts to handle.
Sullay Kaikai - 6 - Looked likely at times but drifted out of the game too often. He needs to pass more.
Michal Zyro - 5 - Needed to do more work off the ball today - and only had one chance, which he put over.
Nicky Ajose - 6 - Not as effective as he’s been in recent matches, but he still put himself about on the pitch. Subbed off around the hour mark again.
Subs:
Stephy Mavididi - 5
Josh Magennis - N/A
