Charlton goalkeeper Dillon Phillips has been ruled out of Saturday’s clash with Shrewsbury through injury.
Phillips suffered a concussion in an Under-23s game on Monday and must follow the mandatory six-stage return-to-play protocol for head injuries.
But influential duo Patrick Bauer and Tariqe Fosu could be available for the weekend.
Bauer was substituted with a muscular problem in the 2-1 win over MK Dons, while Fosu missed the trip to Stadium MK due to fatigue.
Both players are expected to resume training by the end of the week.
Arsenal loanee Stephy Mavididi is set to return to training in four weeks’ time as he continues his recovery from a hamstring problem.
