Chris Solly insists Charlton’s morale is high despite recent setbacks.
The Addicks have thrown away leads late on against Oxford United and Doncaster Rovers in successive games.
Charlton spurned glorious opportunities to extend their lead at Donny before Matty Blair’s 94th-minute equaliser on Saturday.
When asked if it’s affected the mood in the camp, Charlton first-team captain Solly said: “No, we've got big characters in our squad.
“One thing, if you're ever around the training ground, it’s never quiet.
“We’ve got a good group of lads and we’re a tight-knit group. So that’s one thing we haven't got to worry about.
“From my point of view, we should be beating teams like this two or three nil. No disrespect to Doncaster but we've come here, they haven't had a shot and somehow we've only come away with one point.
“We should’ve been two or three nil up. The forward boys could have finished the game off.”
Charlton host sixth-placed Bradford tomorrow, and will leapfrog them with a win.
The Bantams have lost five of their last six league games.
Solly added: “Bradford are in and around us. It’s a good game to have, the sooner the better and we can’t wait for Tuesday now.
“It’s a big game. It’s the sort of game you want after a disappointing result. You want to follow it up with a big game straight away. That’s the perfect scenario.
“Three points there and then we move on to MK Dons on Saturday.”
Jason Pearce is set to return to Charlton’s matchday squad against Bradford. The defender has been plagued with a knee injury for most of the season.
Patrick Bauer, Jake Forster-Caskey and Tariqe Fosu have recovered from injuries in the past month to boost the Addicks’ promotion push.
Solly said: “I thought Pat [Bauer] did really well against Doncaster.
“It’s good to have everyone back fit now so the options, especially going forward, we’ve got five or six very creative players that we can chop and change.
“We’ll have fresh legs for Tuesday or the following Saturday. So once our squad is fully fit, we’re a very strong squad - and up there with the best in the league.”
