Dimitar Mitov has joined Cambridge United following his release by Charlton.
Mitov, 20, came through the Addicks’ academy but failed to make an appearance for the senior team. He was highly-rated at the Valley.
The goalkeeper has signed a two-year deal with Cambridge and will play League Two football next season.
Mitov told the club website: “I can take plenty of experience from my time at Charlton as I spent a lot of time around the first-team there, as well as learning a lot from playing in the Under-23s.

“I'm really happy to get this over the line and I just want pre-season to start now.”
