A 17-YEAR-OLD boy is due to appear at the Old Bailey today (October 23) in connection with the death of a Polish care worker.
He has been charged with the attempted murder of an unknown man and possessing a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Magda Pniewska, 26, was caught in the crossfire outside Stunell House, John Williams Close, New Cross, on October 2 as two men opened fire at one another as she made her way home across a car park.
The Polish care worker was killed by a single bullet wound to the head.
- Six other people have been arrested in connection with the inquiry about Ms Pniewska's death.
Another 17-year-old boy was arrested in Lewisham on October 17 and bailed on October 19.
A man arrested in connection with the killing has been bailed to return to a south London police station later this month.
Three other men and a woman were held the day after Ms Pniewska's death.
One of the men has been bailed by police while the other three people were released without charge.
