Noon: Mental health assessment team arrives but waits for police who were on a 999 call.
12.48pm: PCs Terry Fearn and Tina Lautier arrive.
12.58pm: PC Lautier calls for assistance after Mr Jordan grabs PC Fearn.
13.03.14pm: PC Andrew Barry and two plain clothes officers arrive.
13.03.56pm: PCs Christopher Evans, Robert Shapter and Sergeant Simon Young arrive.
13.04 approx: PCs Robin Parker and Nicholas John arrive.
13.13pm: Police van containing PCs Jamie Hobbs, Paul Fox and Warren Sturgeon arrives.
13.21pm approx: Ambulance leaves for Queen Mary's Hospital.
13.29pm approx: Ambulance stops first time to check Mr Jordan's vital signs.
13.43pm approx: Mr Jordan dies in the back of the ambulance after it stops a second time.
14.01pm: Ambulance arrives at Queen Mary's Hospital.
14.15pm Mr Jordan officially pronounced dead.
14.45pm approx: Mr Jordan's family told of his death via a phone call from a social worker.
