TWO scout leaders got a surprise when the News Shopper turned up to take photos of their wedding.
Lauren Coombs, 23, and Christopher Organ, 30, tied the knot on Saturday (July 26) at St Mary's Church, College Road, Bromley.
The couple, who met at an England versus France rugby match in March 2004, are both Scout leaders at 19th Bromley Scout Group.
There were 170 people at the church service, where a guard of honour was formed by Scouts, Cubs and Beavers.
Mother of the bride Georgina Coombs, had contacted the News Shopper to arrange for a photographer to come to the wedding without the couple knowing.
The 55-year-old of Ravensmead Road, Shortlands, said: "It was better than we could have ever thought, it was a very nice occasion."
Lauren and Christopher, also of Ravensmead Road, are now on a two-week honeymoon in Mexico.
