Woolwich line trains were suspended because of a security alert in Erith.
Erith station was closed for about an hour due to a suspect package at 12pm today (May 23).
Trains had to be diverted via Bexleyheath and Sidcup while investigations were carried out.

The Woolwich line reopened at about 1pm and trains are expected to run again shortly.
