Bexley Council plans to sell 26 properties over the next three years.
Each of the properties are council-owned but not currently used to deliver services.
Disposing of the properties is expected to generate more than £1.2m.
Coun Linda Bailey, the council’s cabinet member for regeneration and growth said: "This is part of a continuing review across all our services into all the ways we can reduce our spending and generate extra income.
"We face some tough decisions over the coming months, so it makes sense to make savings where we can."
A full list of the sites that have been identified for possible disposal is available on the council’s website
