A SILVER Ford Fiesta caught fire in Greenhithe last night (October 11) and two fire engines were called to put out the flames.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service said the fire started accidentally in the car’s engine which was “completely destroyed” by the blaze.
They received the emergency call at 8:55pm and sent fire engines from both Thameside and Dartford stations to the scene.
