CAMPAIGNERS from around Greenwich borough will converge on the town hall next week for a mass lobby against cuts.
Protestors outside the full council meeting on Wednesday will include pupils, staff and parents from Blackheath Bluecoat school which has been threatened with closure.
Workers and service users from Greenwich Law Centre, which has had its funding axed, will also join in.
Council workers who say they are facing compulsory redundancy and pay cuts also plan to lobby the meeting.
Unite Branch Secretary Onay Kasab stated: "This will be a huge demonstration against cuts.
“We have it on reliable grounds that in anticipation of Halloween the grim reaper will also be present, armed with a scythe, to support our campaign.”
