A FIVE-YEAR-OLD boy’s dream came true when he got to meet his favourite band JLS.
Calvin Muwanga, who uses Demelza Hospice Care for Children, in Wensley Close, Eltham, travelled to the Heart radio studios with his mum, Maureen Muteesa, and his sister, Belinda.
JLS spent time chatting to Calvin, posed for pictures and signed autographs.
The youngster, who suffers respiratory problems and is on oxygen 24-hours-a-day, also got to meet Heart radio dj Toby Anstis.
Community fundraising manager for Demelza, Terrie Kennor, said: “A huge thanks to JLS and everyone at Heart for making Calvin’s day.
“He has been waking up every day since he found out he was meeting JLS to ask his mum ‘am I meeting JLS today?’ so this opportunity made a huge difference to him and his family.
“He was entertaining the band with his dance moves and even offered to give them his autograph.”
