FAMILIES in Vigo have been kicking up a stink about dog fouling in their village.
Bins have now been installed at the junction of Commority Road and Erskine Road, after police and Gravesham Council received complaints from residents.
A police survey found dog fouling was an issue in the area and people wanted more dog bins in busy dog-walking areas.
Dog foul bins are now in place next to the footpath running between Churchside and Stonecroft and next to the footpath running between Timber Bank and Bramble Bank.
Residents raised their concerns at a monthly partners and community together meeting.
