A woman has been banned from a jewellers in Lewisham after she stole a £1,200 diamond band.
Clodagh Spain, 53, of Brownhill Road in Hither Green, has been banned from Warren James jewellers in Lewisham Shopping Centre.
On March 25 she stole a white gold one carat diamond band worth £1,200 from the shop.
Spain was arrested and charged with theft from a shop.
She pleaded not guilty but on July 8 she was found guilty following a trial at Bromley Magistrates' Court.
On Monday (September 30) Spain was given a six-month community order.
This includes three months of electronically monitored curfew and a ban from Warren James.
