London Ambulance Service has shared a statement after a teenage boy was stabbed to death in Woolwich.
Paramedics were called to Eglington Road just after 6.30pm yesterday (September 22) to reports of a stabbing.
Ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and London's Air Ambulance attended.

The ambulance arrived within six minutes and treated the teenager at the scene.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the boy died at the scene.

Police cordons were placed around Eglington Road this morning.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.36pm yesterday (Sunday, September 22) to reports of a stabbing incident in Eglinton Road, SE18.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived in six minutes.
“Our crews treated a male at the scene.
“Sadly, despite the best effort of emergency services, he died at the scene.”

A manhunt is now underway as officers search for the suspects involved in the stabbing.
