In a “world exclusive”, Bluewater will be hosting a brand-new immersive Christmas experience inspired around the popular and mischievous Elf on the Shelf.
Kent’s most popular shopping destination will be hosting this new immersive storytelling experience, created by The Lumistella Company, starting from this November.
It comes as the latest event to join the line-up of festive experiences at Bluewater, including their popular Ice Rink as well as The Giving Tree.

The experience will invite guests to embark on aGuests will begin by travelling through the Elf Door to find themselves at the home of Father Christmas, where they will be met by Scout Elves before meeting the man in red himself, who will be monitoring levels of Christmas cheer from his ‘Christmas Spiritmeter’ machine.
The experience will also invite guests to join in some festive fun, with challenges from decorating a Christmas tree to snowball throwing to help boost Christmas cheer.
During the experience, guests will be able to collect stamps on their Christmas Spirit Checklist to receive a gift at the end of the experience.
James Waugh, Centre Director at Bluewater, said: “This is going to be the most hotly-anticipated Christmas experience we’ve ever launched – it’s a true world-first experience and we can’t wait for families to see what we’ve got lined up.
“The Elf on the Shelf is a beloved family tradition, so we are thrilled to be able to offer this immersive Christmas experience for our guests this year.”
The Elf on the Shelf Christmas Adventure will take place from November 16 until December 24 at the Upper Rose Gallery next to the FatFace store.
Tickets will be priced at £6.50 for adults and £1.50 for children, with spots bookable online.
