14 bus routes will be undergoing changes throughout the upcoming weekend in September across London.

TfL buses align with the Mayor’s Transport Strategy aiming for 80 per cent of journeys via foot, bike, or public transport by 2041.

There is currently a bus fleet of around 9,300 buses which follow across 675 different routes.

The latest timetable changes are in place to help “match demand, deliver value for money and allow TfL to invest in outer London”.

The following timetable changes will take place from tomorrow  (September 7):

  1. Route 49 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  2. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 105 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays, every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and every 16-17 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change to the evening or night service.
  3. Route 117 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  4. Route 395 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  5. Route 398 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  6. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D3 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 17 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 22 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
  7. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D6 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, to every 16 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 21 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week.
  8. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D7 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 16-17 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
  9. Route H9 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  10. Route H10 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  11. Route H13 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
  12. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route H20 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time.
  13. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route R68 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 16 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time.
  14. A temporary timetable will be introduced on route R70 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time.
