A popular rooftop cinema in south east London is gearing up to bring a host of Halloween film screenings this October, with classics from Beetlejuice to Hocus Pocus.
Peckham’s popular outdoor cinema The Rooftop Film Club has announced that it will be holding a series of spooky film screenings this October to get you in the mood for the season.
Running for a second year, every Thursday through to Sunday this October movie buffs can watch a range of films, from family-friendly classics like Hocus Pocus and The Nightmare Before Christmas to horror flicks like Scream.
The cinema will also be screening Beetlejuice Beetlejuice - the highly anticipated sequel to the 1988 Tim Burton film - on a number of days throughout October.
With tickets starting from £12.95 for an adult and £5.95 for a child, visitors can watch a spooky film surrounded by views of the London skyline at night.
There’s also a rooftop bar next door where you can get classic cocktails as well as pizza for share-a-slice, where you can get whole pizzas from £9.90.
During the film you can also have food delivered to your seats, with waterproof blankets to keep you warm and sound-cancelling headphones.
The event is also pet friendly if you fancy bringing your furry friend along to watch a film, and the cinema also offers a transfer option where you can transfer your ticket to a different day if it’s too rainy to venture out.
