Bromley residents have shared their experiences with local GP surgeries in the latest 2024 GP Survey from NHS England.

Patients have had their say on the service their GP provides in an annual survey carried out by the NHS.

The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, how helpful the receptionists are, and how patient experience is rated overall.

Positive experiences often stem from the quality of care and attention provided by GPs, while negative experiences can be from long wait times, rushed consultations, administrative challenges and much more.

Leading the list in Bromley is Manor Road Surgery with an impressive 85.8 per cent positive rating.

Following closely is Sundridge Medical Centre in Bromley, earning 83.2 per cent, praised for its accessible services and helpful medical advice.

The lower-ranked surgeries include Highland Road Surgery and South View Partnership received ratings of 68.9 per cent and 64.4 per cent respectively.

At the bottom, Cornerways Surgery in Beckenham garnered 62.9 per cent, while London Lane Clinic in Bromley received the lowest rating at 55.8 per cent.
