The tiny village of Ightham near Sevenoaks has been named one of the poshest in the UK and it's just an hour from London.
Filled with old-style buildings, plenty of green space, pubs, a National Trust and a Waitrose, the village is a quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the capital.
Ightham was recently named the poshest in Kent by the Telegraph thanks to its amenities including the 700-year-old attraction.
While you might already be jumping at the chance to live in the quaint village, you'll need to have a big budget.
As the property price in Ightham is around £995,688, as Matthew Hodder-William of estate agents Knight Frank explained: "There are two types of housing style in Ightham: traditional listed cottages in the centre and big detached modern mansions built in the 1990s and 2000s on the edge.

"Its selling points are proximity to Sevenoaks, the Chart Farm produce shop and the National Trust-run medieval house Ightham Mote. Waitrose is also a four-minute drive away."
The tiny posh village Ightham an hour from London
Ightham takes just over on the train from Victoria or a little bit longer from St Pancras International.
Similarly, you can get to the village by driving which takes around an hour and a half depending on traffic.
The tiny village is best known for the 14th-century attraction, the Ightham Mote which is a National Trust site.
Ightham Mote is a medieval moated manor house that allows you to explore the house itself, the garden, the estate and the natural play area along with the cafe and a shop.

On Tripadvisor, the attraction has an impressive rating of 4.5/5 with one guest sharing: "I was not sure what to expect with this house but I was very impressed by both the inside and the outside of the property.
"The gardens are a lovely walk or just pleasant to sit in, though it is a steep climb to the car park. The house is full of history, and very easy on the eye."
Of course with any village, there's a local pub with Ightham offering George & Heart that is believed to be the spot where Guy Fawkes plotted his attack.
One of the pubs reviews said: "From the moment you walk into the George and Dragon, the excellent experience of a well-run country pub in Kent starts!! Cheery smiles, prompt service, excellent food and an excellent IPA ( Bear Island)."
