Transport for London (@TfL) responded to the video in the comments and confirmed that it was already aware of the incident.
It added they have “successfully” resolved the issue and that services are operating normally.
Helen Gregory, TfL’s head of operations for the DLR, said: “We take safety extremely seriously and have asked our operator, KeolisAmey Docklands, to urgently investigate reports that a set of doors on a DLR train was open when arriving at Bank station.
"I can imagine it must have been very concerning for customers on board and we are working quickly to understand what happened.”
Some people expressed their shock in the comments under the video, with one commenting: “Oh my God!”
Another person said: “Woah.”
Despite the panic, some others were calm about the situation in the comments section, with one saying: “Some fresh air.”
Another person added: “Air condition has been upgraded.”
