Police are appealing for information after a 43-year-old man left a mental health hospital in Woolwich that he was receiving treatment at.
Antony Antorka-Pieri, 43, left a hospital in Woolwich on March 8 where he had been undergoing treatment for his mental health.
Officers and medical professionals are “concerned” for his welfare and are appealing for information on his whereabouts.
Police inquiries over the week have indicated that he has been travelling across the south east London boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich, and Bexley.
It is also believed that Antony has been using buses as a mode of transport to travel between these areas.
The Metropolitan Police is advising anyone who sees Antony to not approach him and to instead call 999 quoting the reference 01/78296/24.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Antony Antorka-Pieri left a hospital in Woolwich on Friday, 8 March where he was receiving treatment for his mental health.
“Officers and medical professionals are concerned about the 43-year-old's welfare.
“Our enquiries over the past week show he has been travelling across Lewisham, Greenwich, and Bexley, possibly by bus.
“Anyone who sees Antony should not approach him. Instead, call 999 immediately quoting the reference 01/78296/24.”
