A cyclist has been taken to hospital with a head injury after a crash with a car in Vauxhall.
The incident happened on Vauxhall Bridge just after 10.30am today (January 30).
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a female cyclist injured.
She was taken to hospital for treatment where her condition is currently unknown.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene of the incident.
No arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at 10.31am on Tuesday, January 30, to reports of a collision at Vauxhall Bridge. Officers and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended.
"At the scene a car had been in collision with a cyclist.
"The female cyclist was taken to hospital by LAS for treatment to a head injury.
"We await an update on her condition. Road closures and cordons are in place.
"The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
"There have been no arrests.
"Anyone who witnessed this collision or has dash-cam footage should call police on 101 or post on ‘X’ @MetCC quoting 4149/30JAN."
