A popular Wetherspoons pub in Bexleyheath that has been on the market for nine months has found a buyer.
The Wrong Un was among four other Wetherspoons in south London which were put up for sale in September.
These were the Bankers Draft in Eltham, the Asparagus in Battersea, Capitol in Forest Hill, and Foxley Hutch in Purley.
The Bexleyheath pub is currently under offer and will permanently close once the deal goes through.
It is unknown when the Wrong Un will shut but it will continue to trade as normal in the meantime.
The pubs are currently being marketed by CBRE and Savills, according to The Caterer.
Senior director at CBRE, Toby Hall, said the pubs represent an "excellent" opportunity for existing pub operators.
He adds that there are a mix of locations in the portfolio which is rarely seen in the market.
The chain, founded by businessman Tim Martin, operates around 800 pubs around the UK and Ireland.
