Two Kent towns have made it in the top 15 for towns that have the yummiest fish and chips in the country – and they are just a short trip from south east London.
The travel booking website Omio has revealed the UK regions which rank the highest for their fish and chips.
The research ranked UK locations using TripAdvisor data which also took into account considerations like the number of fish and chip shops, the average rating and the average number of reviews.
The research reveals that according to Omio’s study:
• Margate is the 10th best place in the UK for fish and chips.
• Folkestone is the 15th best place.
