Southeastern has warned commuters travelling to Cannon Street that services may terminate at London Bridge or New Cross.
The railway service has received reports of a trespasser between Cannon Street and London Bridge meaning disruption is likely.
A spokesperson for the train line advised anyone travelling to Cannon Street on Thursday to check whether their journey will be affected on Southeastern's website.
