The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for snow for London and South East England next week.
Starting at around 4pm on Monday (February 26) and predicted to last until Tuesday night, snow showers are expected to hit the capital.
In this early stage the Met Office are still not clear whether what weather heading towards the UK will bring, but say there could potentially be up to 10cm of snow.
The Met Office's chief forecaster said: "There is a lot of uncertainty in the extent and timing of snow during Tuesday. Showers will bring a large variation in amounts of snow across even small areas with some places seeing very little.
"The most likely time for a period of more widespread snow currently looks to be during Tuesday morning."
