A man was found dead in a pond in an Orpington park.
The discovery was made yesterday morning in Priory Gardens at around 8.10am, London Ambulance Service confirmed.
A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said the man is believed to be in his fifties.
An ambulance, a single responder in a car and an incident response officer were sent to the scene.
Next of kin have been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
