People are often told to keep their feet of the seats but a commuter this morning was faced with a slightly smellier problem.
A commuter travelling from Dartford to London Bridge questioned the train service after he found sick covering the seats.
The mess was on the 8.09am from Dartford to London Charing Cross.
Adam Pearson tweeted the train franchise to ask whether it was "acceptable to put the train in service."
@Se_Railway is it acceptable to put a train in service with vomit from the weekend left on the seats? pic.twitter.com/Iw2l31X6Vq

Southeastern replied to say staff would not have noticed the mess as there are no conductors on services between Dartford to London.
Staff at London Charing Cross were informed and the mess has since been cleaned.
@_petey_pan @cousinadnab There is no conductor on the Dartford > London services - this has since been cleaned up and resolved. ^CC
