A teenager has been charged with possession of cannabis in Orpington.

Two youths on mopeds were stopped after they were spotted acting suspiciously.

The 16-year-old was also charged with driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a license.

The teenager was stopped by officers on January 14 in Chorley Wood Crescent around 9.30pm, and charged the next day.

He has been bailed to appear at Bromley Youth Court today (January 20).

Another 16-year-old was also stopped at the scene but released without charge.
