A man in his 20s has been hit by a bus in Gravesend.
South East Coast Ambulance (SECAMB) crews were called to Milton Road just before 1pm to reports of a pedestrian hit by a bus.
The man, who has suffering head injuries, was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital as a priority.
A SECAMB spokesman said: "He was fully conscious on the way to hospital."
Kent Police also attended the scene.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called to a report of a road traffic collision between a pedestrian and a bus in Milton Road.
"A man has been taken to hospital for treatment for injuries not believed to be life-threatening."
