A PITBULL-type dog was seized at the Danson Festival after attacking a poodle and biting a teenager’s hand.
Police attended the incident in Danson Park at 6pm on Saturday (July 6) and arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of having a dog dangerously out of control in a public place.
The teenager was later bailed until August 20.
In a separate incident, a 17-year-old boy was punched while leaving the festival with his brother at around 7.15pm yesterday (July 7).
No-one has been arrested in connection with the attack, which was carried out by a man aged between 18 and 20 who was with a larger group of around 20 men.
The victim needed to go to hospital for treatment following the attack.
A 15-year-old boy was also arrested on Saturday after he allegedly became racially abusive to police officers.
He was arrested at around 6.45pm on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order act offence and later bailed until August 8.
