A TRIAL date has been set for 12 men accused of murdering Marcus Innocent who was gunned down in Woolwich last year.
The 35-year-old, of Kingsman Street, was fatally shot in the stomach in Lord Warwick Street on November 19 around 6.20pm.
Twelve men appeared at the Old Bailey on June 14 charged with Mr Innocent’s murder and are due to stand trial on September 25.
The accused are all men whose ages range from 19 to 32 and their addresses include Greenwich, Dartford, Blackheath and Kidbrooke.
